IronRidge GM-BRC-002 SGA Bonding Rail Connector 2 Inch. Introduction Our Rail Connectors secure IronRidge Standard Rails to the schedule 40 horizontal cross pipes. Each Standard Rail requires two connectors to create a secure attachment. Available for both 2” and 3” sizes, these Rail Connectors are manufactured using extruded 6105-T5 aluminum. The all-aluminum components are lightweight and easy to handle, yet engineered to handle the most difficult site and climatic challenges. In addition, IronRidge provides a complete engineering support system including installation guides, span charts, certification letters, and on-line design software to help you in every step of the way. SGA Components The SGA components are designed to be highly durable and easy-to-install. With a minimal part count, installers can quickly combine these components with off-the-shelf schedule 40 pipe and our popular XRS rail system to quickly create even very large arrays. End Fastening Objects—EFO™—provide enhanced engagement on modules and support frame heights of 30 to 40mm. This universal end clamp is a single-piece component that speeds up installation times, especially when modules vary by project. Module Tolerances for Frame Thickness Can Vary Having a specified height of 30mm does not always mean a module will arrive on a roof that precise. EFO™ is universal to make installs easier. And an integrated bonding pin under the clamp head ensures it remains flush to the module when being tightened down. A key feature that mimics that of the UFO® is the long T-bolt that gives the clamp a sleek, simple appearance.
