It worked the last time I used it during the 1980s. It looks like two ground wires, that's odd. One can easily see the crack in brown duplex outlet, so the next person should put in a new one. Odd thing happened recently, someone bought this whole thing then only asked for the 3-prong plug! So you will need a new plug and duplex outlet. I will refund any shipping overcharge above $2.
